HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping within Australia is FREE!

Shipping internationally is a $9.95AU flat rate.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept credit cards or PayPal!

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are posted from our little studio in Melbourne, Australia. Your purchase is shipped within 1-4 days of the order being placed! (If you need something in a hurry please let us know!)

We send via Australia Post, approximate delivery times are:
Within Aus: 2-5 working days (Perth + regional areas take longest, sorry!)
Worldwide: 4-15 working days

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Orders within Australia will have tracking (except rings! we send these letter post). We'll give you tracking info after your item is sent.

Orders sent internationally aren't trackable, but we will always help with any postal issues!

 

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS PACKAGED?
Bangles are packaged in a beautiful gift box.
Rings are packaged in a little envelope.
Earrings are attached to a silver printed card.
Necklaces have a Sly Pony tag.


All items come with care instructions, and are packed with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent damage in the post.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
YES! We love gift wrapping. If you would like your order sent directly to your gift recipient PLEASE let us know so we can leave out the invoice and enclose a special message from you!

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Change of mind: sorry we don't offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. If you aren't sure about a colour, or don't know which product will suit you, please get in touch as we're more than happy to provide additional photos and information!

Postal damage: we try very hard to package your orders securely and safely. However, we know that occasionally things happen in the journey between the post office and your house - if your order has been damaged in the mail please let us know so we can sort it out.

Faulty items: we try very hard to make beautiful, perfectly made products. However occasionally something may go wrong. If this happens, and you've purchased from our website or a market, please email us. If you've purchased from one of our stockists we prefer you contact them directly, however if this isn't possible let us know.

Sizing issues: if you buy a ring or bangle please check out our sizing information here before you purchase. If necessary, we can help you exchange sizes. 

Earrings: due to hygiene reasons we don't offer exchanges on earrings.
